The Inter-Digit Time-Out feature provides inter-digit time-out
programming on a system-wide basis and applies to intercom and LCR
calls. DISA, DID. TIE inter-digit time-outs remain unaffected by this timer.
By default, the Inter-Digit Time-out is set for 5 seconds, and is variable
from 1–99 seconds.
