Initialize System Speed Numbers

Programming Steps

Description
Numbers entered into the System Speed Dial Table may be initialized
clearing all bins to their original, default value (empty). All bins 020-999
are cleared returning to their default value (empty) upon initializing the
Speed Dial Table.
