The Call Forward No/Answer Timer is used when a station in the system
specifies that no answer calls be forwarded to another station. The timer
determines how long an intercom or transferred call rings before it is
considered a no-answer call. The call then forwards to the designated
station for handling. By default, the Call Forward No/Answer Timer is set
for 15 seconds and is variable from 000-600 seconds.
