These setting will enable encrypted and non-encrypted H.323 participants to connect to

encrypted or non-encrypted conferences.

Set Encryption to either Encrypt All or Encrypt when possible.

Set the FORCE_ENCRYPTION_FOR_UNDEFINED_PARTICIPANT_IN_WHEN_

AVAILABLE_MODE System Flag to NO
