Configuring the Conference and Entry Queue IVR Services
The IVR module includes two types of services:
•
•
The configuration process is the same for TIP and non-TIP enabled Conferences and Entry
Queues.
Procedure 1: Set the MIN_TIP_COMPATIBILITY_LINE_RATE System
Flag
The MIN_TIP_COMPATIBILITY_LINE_RATE System Flag determines the minimum line
rate at which an Entry Queue or Meeting Room can be TIP enabled.
CTS version 7 requires a minimum line rate of 1024 kbps and will reject calls at lower line
rates, therefore the SysRMXtem Flag value must be 1024 or higher.
HD Video Resolutions for TIP calls are determined according to the following table:
Table I-6
Line Rate
Line Rate >=3Mbps
3Mbps > Line Rate >= 936kbps
Line Rate < 936kbps
For more information see "Modifying System Flags" on page 22-1.
