5. Check Switch 1 on the board to make sure it is set as shown below.
The first switch should be down (off), and the next three should
be up (on). This switch sets the I/O address.

6. Insert the board into the expansion slot next to the VGA board, or
into the next available slot.
Make sure the board is securely seated in its slot.
7. Secure the board by replacing the screw that holds the back plate.
