Section 12 : Troubleshooting

1. Service Call

The Service Call screen will display the telephone number and fax. number of your service
centre.
Report code
CAUTION
If the Service Call screen is displayed
1. Write down the Report Code, as stated on the 2nd line of the message;
2. Turn OFF the power switch and main power switch;
3. Disconnect from the power socket;
4. Contact your Service Centre and inform them of the Report Code.
