proc-name DEV:device-name Cannot obtain User Conversion

is the process name of the FASTPTCP process.
device-name
is the Spooler device name.
Cause. The FASTPTCP process could not allocate a workspace for user conversion.
Effect. No printing occurs, the Spooler job is requeued, and the Spooler device is
placed offline.
Recovery. If the error persists, contact your service provider as described in
