a. From the main menu, select QoS > DiffServ > Advanced >DiffServ Configuration. A screen
similar to the following displays.

c. Select the All from the Class Type pull-down menu.
d. Click the Add to create a new class.
e. Click the class_voip, another screen similar to the following displays:
