The parameter dialog opens when you click the

This parameter dialog allows you to select different levels of
complexity in the menu system.
Options
: Click to see only the most important buttons in the menus.
Short
This setting is recommended for simplified use.
: Click to see the most common buttons in the menus.
Normal
This setting is recommended for normal users.
: Click to see all the buttons in the menus. This setting is
Full
recommended for advanced users.
: Click to close the parameter dialog.
Close
: Click to access the on-line help.
