The
Engineering Units
button in the
Units Display
This parameter dialog is used to set up the various units used
by the sonar to display all measurements. Separate units are
available for range, equipment, depth, speed, position and
temperature. When any of these buttons are pressed, dedicated
parameter dialogs are provided to make the selection.
The following options are available in the
parameter dialog:
• : Click to change unit for range. Select Meters, Nautical
Range
mile, Feet or Yards.
• : Click to change unit for equipment. Select Meter,
Equipment
Fathoms or Feet.
• : Click to change unit for depth. Select Meters, Fathoms
Depth
or Feet.
• : Click to change unit for speed. Select Meters/Second
Speed
(m/s), Knots or Kilometers/Hour (km/h).
• : Click to view unit for geographical position.
Position
• : Click to change unit for temperature. Select
Temperature
Celsius or Fahrenheit.
• : Click to close the parameter dialog.
Close
• : Click to access the on-line help.
