Example
This example creates a class map call "rd_class," and sets it to match packets
marked for DSCP service value 3:
Console(config)#class-map rd_class match-any
Console(config-cmap)#match ip dscp 3
Console(config-cmap)#exit
Console(config)#access-list ip mask-precedence in
Console(config-ip-mask-acl)#mask any any dscp
Console(config-ip-mask-acl)#

match

This command defines the criteria used to classify traffic. Use the no form to
delete the matching criteria.
Syntax
[no] match {access-list acl-name | ip dscp dscp |
ip precedence ip-precedence | vlan vlan}
• acl-name - Name of the access control list. Any type of ACL can be
specified, including standard or extended IP ACLs and MAC ACLs.
(Range: 1-16 characters)
• dscp - A DSCP value. (Range: 0-63)
• ip-precedence - An IP Precedence value. (Range: 0-7)
• vlan - A VLAN. (Range:1-4094)

• First enter the class-map command to designate a class map and enter
the Class Map configuration mode. Then use the match command to
specify the fields within ingress packets that must match to qualify for
this class map.
