Multicast Routing Commands

This router uses IGMP snooping and query to determine the ports
connected to downstream multicast hosts, and to propagate this information
back up through the multicast tree to ensure that requested services are
forwarded through each intermediate node between the multicast server and
its hosts, and also to filter traffic from all of the other interfaces that do not
require these services.

Static Multicast Routing Commands

ip igmp snooping vlan mrouter

This command statically configures a multicast router port. Use the no form
to remove the configuration.
Syntax
[no] ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id mrouter interface
• vlan-id - VLAN ID (Range: 1-4093)
• interface
• ethernet unit/port
• port-channel channel-id (Range: 1-32)
Default Setting
No static multicast router ports are configured.
