Setting the Manual Override of a Measurement Value

How to change a measurement value manually is indicated below.
1) Carry out either one of the following.
(a)Right-click
measurement value on the bay single line
diagram to display the context menu. Click
"Manual Override" from the context menu.
(b) Click the corresponding row of the list of
the measurement value in the "Bay
Information"
measurement value.
Right-click it to display the context menu.
Click "Manual Override" from the context
menu.
2) The "Manual Override" dialog is displayed.
When the item is already set for manual
override, the set value is displayed in Setting
Value column.
When nothing is set, the column remains
blank.
