Y-Axis Setting dialog (for Energy Report)

The "Y-Axis Setting" dialog is displayed when Y-axis Setting... of the "Group Item Setting"
dialog is clicked.
Normally, Y-axis area of the window is set to "Auto" position. When you want to change the Y-
axis area, change "Auto" position to "Manual" position and set the parameter appropriately.

Auto/Manual selection button: Click the radio button of "Manual" to change the Y-axis setting.
