How to change the state of the printer is indicated below.
Changing SC/FEP Mode (Online/Standby)

In general, dual SC / FEP configuration is applied to GSC1000-C system. One of the SC /
FEP is operated in Online mode, and the other is operated in Standby mode. If some of the
failure has occurred in Online SC / FEP, Standby SC / FEP is switched to Online with
automatically, but manually switching is also possible from the System window. In addition,
enable setting of manual changing function is our standard, disable setting is also possible
by the customer's specification. How to change the state of the SC/FEP by manually is
indicated below. (Perform the mode change of SC/FEP by manually, when the SC-A and SC-
B is running at Online and Standby respectively.)
1) Click System in the main menu bar to display
the "System" window.
2) Right-click the printer symbol and select "State
Change" from the context menu.

The "State Change" dialog is displayed.
Click OK.
4)
The "State Change" dialog is closed and the
printer state display of the "System" window is
changed.
