Blocking dialog

The "Blocking" dialog is used to set blocking of functions such as Control blocking and Alarm
blocking.
This dialog is displayed when a blocking allowed symbol in the single line diagram is right-
clicked or a row of device/switch/measurement value/other status in the "Bay Information"
dialog is right-clicked, and "Blocking" is selected from the context menu.

Name display area: Displays the bay name and the device name.


Update Blocking:
The blocking status is also displayed in the "Blocking/Manual Override Summary"
dialog. See 6.4.1.
