Check the following :
1. Check whether SC-1 power is turned OFF.
2. If the power is ON, turn it OFF and then turn it ON to restart SC-1.

Causes
ESW-1 power off or ESW-1 failure
Remedies
Check the following :
1. Check that the Power indicator of ESW-1 lights.
2. Check that the power cable is properly connected to the ESW-1 power terminal.
3. Check if "ALARM" LED of ESW-1 is lit or not.
If lit, ESW-1 has detected some error. Refer to user guide of ESW for the procedure to
identify the error.
