Memorandum dialog
6.5.13
The "Memorandum" dialog is used to create text into a memorandum and place it on the single
line diagram windows, the "GIS" window or the "System" window.
This dialog is displayed when right-clicking at any point on the single line diagram windows, on
the "GIS" window or on the "System" window, and "Memorandum" is selected from the context
menu.
Maximum 128 memorandums can be created. The number of memorandum created is
displayed in the "Memorandum Property" dialog (Refer to 6.5.14).

Input the text to be written into the memorandum. Maximum 1,024
characters. Memorandum size is automatically adjusted to display the
whole text.
Specify the color of the memorandum here. To change the color,
double-click the color to open the color palette.
Changes the text contents of the memorandum.
Deletes the memorandum.
Minimizes the memorandum to icon.
