State Change dialog for printer

The "State Change" dialog is used to change the state of the printer.
This dialog is displayed when the printer symbol in the "System" window is clicked or when the
printer symbol is right-clicked and "State Change" is selected from the context menu.

Name display area: displays printer name.

Current mode display area:

New mode display area:
When current mode is Online: Test
When current mode is Test : Online
