1.About for the change of control right by "43RCC", security level "One" or more is necessary as
standard. When changing the control right is performed under logging in with security level 0, the
Warning dialog as shown on below is displayed and change of control right is not completed.
Also, the security level can be changed by Security Setting Tool.
2.The control right change of 43RCC is possible from RCC under the I EC60870-5-101 or
IEC60870-5-104 communication.
