2) S43R dialog is displayed. The name of the 43R
switch installed in each BAY is displayed in the
Name column. The setting status of the current
43R is displayed in the Status column. Click the
name of the Switch that change the setting of
the control right. And click Select button.

When BAY is set with Tool, the
Substation tab and Voltage Level tab which is
the upper tab is also displayed (the Status
column is blank). Select the substation name or
Voltage Level. All of 43R statuses can be set to
Remote or Local at once from the 43R
selection/control dialog displayed after clicking
the Select button. Refer to Note of Section 8.2.2
