Put a tick in the "Active" check box to make the
upper/lower limit monitoring active.
Upper/lower limit monitoring can be set active
/inactive for each limit.
4) Setting the upper/lower limit of monitoring
value
Input the upper/lower limit values, the reset
value and the delay time for detection.
Be careful about the following relation:
Low Alarm limit ≤ Low Warning limit ≤ High
Warning limit ≤ High Alarm limit

Setting of absolute value monitoring
To monitor upper/lower limit using the absolute
value of the measurement value, put a tick in
the check box of the "Absolute value check".
If this check box is not checked, upper/lower
monitoring is carried out using the measured
values with minus sign.
