1) Dialog for CB
This dialog displays the information to control a CB.
This dialog is displayed by clicking the symbol of a CB or by selecting "Control" from the context
menu displayed by right-clicking the symbol on the single line diagram.
 Name Display area: Displays the name of the bay and the device.
 Synchronise Measurement area: This area displays the setting value of synchronism check and
 Synchronise Bypass: Click this button to bypass the synchronize check.
