 Soft Interlock Bypass: Click this button to bypass the interlock check.
 Execute: Operation command is sent when this button is clicked.
 Cancel: Clicking this button releases the selection.

Control guidance display area: This area displays guidance messages.

Close: Clicking this button closes the dialog.

This button is displayed when the Interlock condition is set for the device
and if the Interlock condition is not satisfied.
This button is displayed only to a user with an authority for
bypassing Interlock.
