Setting change of 43R condition from Overview and System window

By placing the parts of SW43R using the Drawing Tool, setting change of the 43R condition set in chapter
8.2.1 to 8.2.3 can be done also from the Overview and System window. Details are as follows.

6) The column of Status of the S43R dialog is
changed to SCMS.
1) Display the Overview window or System
window. 43R name and current status are
displayed. If 43R is selected as Local, 43R
status will be displayed in green background
and 43R status will be displayed in red
background if it is selected as Remote.
