High Alarm = Upper limit alarm
High Warning = Upper limit warning
Low Warning = Lower limit warning
Low Alarm = Lower limit alarm
The absolute value is monitored when this check box is checked.
When the box is not checked, the value is monitored with a
minus sign.
Whether Upper/Lower limit is monitored or not is set by input or remove
a tick from this check box.
Setting value for upper and lower limits are input here. The number of
decimal point to display is the same as that of the measurement value
currently displayed in the single line diagram.
