IED Status dialog

The "IED Status" dialog displays the detailed information on IED failure.
This dialog is displayed when the IED symbol in the "System" window is clicked or the IED
symbol is right-clicked and "Detail Status" is selected from the context menu.

Name display area: Displays the bay name and the IED name.

[Status name] = Displays status name.
[Status] = Displays current status.
[Q]= Indicates the quality of the status by the following letters.
I: invisible
Q: Questionable
B: Update blocking
M: Manual Override
D: Connection failure
L: Limit over
I: Uncollected
T: Test
