2. If BIBO data can not be get from the IED, an error message is displayed,
and empty screen is displayed for BIBO status window. After removing the
cause, click the Refresh button.

2. If LED status data can not be get from the IED, an error message is
displayed, and empty screen is displayed for LED status window. After
removing the cause, click the Refresh button.
