Relay equipment failure, transmission error, or database mismatched between the relay
Causes

Remedies
Check the following :
1. Check that the database in the server coincides with the one in the relay.
2. Transmission error between ESW and Relay.
Check that LAN cable connecting ESW and Relay is securely inserted to the connector.
3. ESW port failure. Use another connecting port.
