Setting/Resetting the Blocking of a Measurement Value

How to set or reset the blocking of the measurement value is indicated below.
5) When blocking is set, a "B" mark is displayed
in the "Bay Information" dialog and besides the
device symbol.
The color of the "B" in the collective information
display on the main menu bar changes.
1)
Carry out either one of the following.
(a) Right-click the measurement value on the
bay single line diagram to display the
context menu. Click "Blocking" in the
context menu.
(b) Click the corresponding row in the
"Measurement"
