Limit Setting dialog

The "Limit Setting" dialog is used to set the upper and lower limits of the measurement value
and whether the measurement value is monitored or not.
This dialog is displayed when the measurement symbol on the single line diagram or the
measurement item in the "Bay Information" dialog is right-clicked, and then "Limit Setting" is
selected from the context menu.
Name display area: Displays the bay name and the measurement item name.
