4) System setting tab
This tab is used to switch between manned operation and unmanned operation.
Click the radio buttons to select manned / unmanned operation.
For the systems in which switchover between manned operation/unmanned
operation is interlocked with the switch for local/remote control selection, this tab
is not displayed.
