The "Alarm" window displays the alarms detected by the Substation Automation System and
the alarms sent from IED in Test mode.
Unacknowledged alarms and persistent alarms are displayed.
When the alarm status is recovered and acknowledgement is done, the alarm is removed from
the alarm list.
