3) Dialog for Tap control
This dialog is to raise or lower a tap.
This dialog is displayed when a tap label is clicked or "Control" is selected from the context
menu displayed by right-clicking a tap label.
Name display area: Displays the bay name and a tap name.
Tap control buttons Lower Raise:
You can perform tap raise/lower operation with these buttons. When the tap reaches the
upper/lower limits, the corresponding tap operation button becomes inactive.
Interlock Guidance: Click this button to display the "Interlock Guidance" dialog.
Software Interlock Bypass button: Click this button to bypass the interlock check.
This button is displayed when the Interlock condition is set for the Tap raise/lower control and
if the Interlock condition is not satisfied.
This button is displayed only to a user with an authority for bypassing Interlock.
