"43R" setting by voltage class unit
8.2.2
The control right can be set for each voltage class unit in the substation. How to set the 43R control right is
shown below. When 43R set to Local, only equipment of voltage class that belongs 43R set to Local can be
controlled from the HMI. And, when 43R set to Remote, only equipment of voltage class that belongs 43R
set to Remote can be controlled from the RCC.

If 43RCC is not set, S43R is displayed left-justified.
4) Click the S43R button on the main menu. The
Question dialog is displayed. Click OK.
5) S43R state is changed Remote from Local.
S43R button displayed on the main menu is
displayed in red background.
Note)
When
control/operation can be possible only from
OWS / EWS. If S43R is set to Remote, it can
be possible only from all RCCs.
1) Display the main menu. S43R button displayed
in main menu is gray background. Click S43R
button.
