Management Tool Fails to Launch

The Mitel Networks 3300 ICP management tools include the
System Administration, the Group Administration, and the Desktop
Tools.
Because all of the management tools depend on being allowed to
set cookies to maintain sessionID state, login will fail if cookies are
not enabled.
Cookies are enabled by default in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6.0 will indicate that 'Cookies are not
enabled'.
If the management tool fails to launch:
1. Launch Internet Explorer.
2. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
3. Select the Security tab and enable cookies.
