PCM
Amplifier
Envelope
These parameters control an ADSR envelope dedicated to the output volume. For a
graphic explaining ADSR envelopes, see the figure "ADSR Envelope," above.
Attack
0-100. This sets the attack time of the amplitude envelope, which controls how long
it takes from the moment that the key is pressed until the envelope reaches its peak.
Decay
0-100. This sets the decay time of the amplitude envelope, which controls how long
it takes the envelope to fall to the sustain level after the attack is complete.
Sustain
0-100. This sets the sustain level for the amplitude envelope. After the decay time is
complete, the envelope will stay at this level as long as the note is held.
Release
0-100. This sets the release time of the amplitude envelope, which controls how
long it takes the envelope to fall to zero after the note is released.
Amp Mod
LFO Amt
0.0-100.0. This sets the amount by which the LFO modulates amplitude.
Volume
+12 to -123.9dB, -INF. This is the output volume for the Patch.
IMPORTANT: The output volume provides up to 12dB in gain, so that you can get
your signals as hot as possible. However, if filter resonance is high, settings above
0dB may cause clipping.
This control has extra smoothing on the DSP, to ensure zipper-free modulation. If
you want to modulate the volume instantaneously via velocity, use the Vel Sens
control instead.
Vel Sens (Velocity Sensitivity)
0-100. This sets the sensitivity of output volume to velocity. A velocity of 127 will
always result in the maximum output level, as set by the Volume control; increasing
the Vel Sens will decrease the output volume for low velocities.
