Purpose
Used to configure a name for the switch.
config snmp system_name <sw_name>
Syntax
Description
This command is used to give the switch an
alpha-numeric
characters.
Parameters
<sw_name> − An alpha-numeric name for
the switch of up to 128 characters.
Restrictions
Only administrator-level users can issue
this command.
Example Usage:
To configure the switch name for "dgs3224srcliman":
