delete snmp user
Purpose
Used to remove an SNMP user from an
SNMP group and to delete the associated
SNMP group.
delete snmp user <SNMP_name32>
Syntax
Description
The delete snmp user command removes
an SNMP user from its SNMP group and
then deletes the associated SNMP group.
Parameters
<SNMP_name> − An alphanumeric string of
up to 32 characters that identifies the
SNMP user that will be deleted.
Restrictions
Only administrator-level users can issue
this command.
Example Usage:
To delete a previously entered SNMP user on the switch:
DGS-3224SR:4#delete snmp user dlink
Command: delete snmp user dlink
Success.
DGS-3224SR:4#
