The engine must be running.
Check that the engine lamp is on

Disconnect the connector
Ignition switch: ON
OK: More than
Measure at TCM connector
Disconnect the connector and
measure at the harness side
Connector disconnected
Voltage between (52) and ground
Ignition switch: ON
OK: More than
Measure at TCM connector
throttle position connector
Disconnect the connector and
measure at the harness side.
Less than

Check the following connector:
