Operator Interface
The MultiSmart pump station manager has an easy to use interface featuring a large graphical LCD display
A large amount of critical information is displayed on the main screen making it simple for an operator to
determine the current status at a glance.
The buttons (or softkeys) around the edge of the screen are used to access features depending on what is
displayed at the time.

5.1 LCD Panel
The large LCD gives the operator a clear view of how the pump station is operating. Water levels are shown
graphically. A backlight turns on when any of the display buttons are pushed. The backlight turns off again
after a set time of inactivity (this time is user configurable). The display colours can be inverted, that is, the
LCD panel can be set to display data in a dark colour with a light background. This feature is useful in bright
sunlight.

I have four pumps connected to my multi smart. One jockey and three that rotate with the jockey as needed. My problem is that the jockey pump always shows its running even when it isn't running. the other pumps show actuate run times and starts. only the main pump shows continuous run even when it is turned off. I was wondering if there any advice I could be given to resolve this issue.
The MultiTrode MultiSmart may show the jockey pump as continuously running even when it is turned off due to the "External Run" status. This occurs if the pump is started by an external control method, such as a manual override switch, where the contactor remains closed but no run command was sent by the controller.
