Description
Set this parameter to the sensitivity setting to be in effect
during the scan. The default sensitivity setting for output is
0.010 AUFS. Valid range is 0.001 to 2.000 AUFS
Indicate a sensitivity that best reveals the wavelengths of
maximum absorbance.
Set the first and last wavelength for the range that will be
scanned. The default scan range is 254 to 280 nm. You can
indicate wavelengths between 190 and 700 nm. Indicate
the lower wavelength then the higher wavelength.
Set this parameter to reflect how long the recorder should
take to print the scan or strip chart paper. The default is
1.0 minute, and the valid range is 0.1 to 20.0 minutes.
At large time values, there is greater resolution of
absorbance peaks.
Note: This parameter does not affect the time it takes to
scan a peak. It only alters the time it takes the recorder to
print data acquired during the scan.
