Introduction
Modes and Their Parameters
The available modes and their parameters are
described below.
Single Wavelength Mode
Wavelength, Sensitivity 1, Sensitivity 2, Peak width
Dual Wavelength Mode
Wavelength 1, Wavelength 2, Sensitivity 1,
Sensitivity 2, Peak width, Ratio multiplier, Ratio
Threshold
Scan Wavelength Mode
Wavelength (to monitor before and after the scan),
Sensitivity 1, Sensitivity 2, Sensitivity 3, Peak width,
Scan range, Scan output time scale, Automatic
scan initiation, Initiation threshold
Status Mode
UV lamp status, UV lamp hours, Visible lamp status,
Visible lamp hours, Wavelength, Event input
Setup Mode
Channel 1 scale and offset, Channel 2 scale and
offset, Channel 3 scale and offset, Lamp alarm,
Event channel(s), Autorange channel(s), Autorange
multiplier, Concentration factor, Lamp saver
File Mode
With file mode, you can store as many as ten
program files to save time and to enhance the
reproducibility of your assays. A program file
instructs the detector to change the detection
conditions and to modify the detection parameters
at specified times during the run.
