8 Set the ratio threshold to 0.01, and then press
ENTER. At this setting, a ratio is displayed only
when the trace at both wavelengths is above
0.01 AU. Since the full-scale height at both
wavelengths is 0.2 AU, a ratio appears only
when peak heights on both traces are greater
than 5% of full scale.
9 Press Previous to return to the first display for
the dual wavelength mode.
Under these conditions, and a chart speed of 2 cm/
min, the dual wavelength trace of PAH looks like
this:
