Set parameters
Follow these steps to set the detection parameters:

To set the first monitor wavelength (240 nm),
press 240 on the keypad, and then press ENTER.

To set the second monitor wavelength (287
nm), press 287 on the keypad, and then press
ENTER.

To set the sensitivity at the first wavelength,
press 0.2, and then press ENTER.

To set the sensitivity at the second wavelength,
press 0.2, and then press ENTER.

Press Next to see additional parameters for dual
wavelength mode.
You'll see:

Assume that, at half height, the narrowest peak
in the run is 12 seconds in duration. If
necessary, press 12, and then press ENTER.

Set the ratio multiplier to 0.2, and then press
ENTER. You know from previous runs with this
sample that at this value all ratios are displayed
on-scale.
