In vector control or P01.16=0, when the ramp reference frequency is less than or equal to the set value of
P01.15 and passes delay time of stop speed P01.24, the VFD will coast to stop immediately.
In vector control or P01.16=1, when the actual frequency is less than or equal to the set value of P01.15,
the VFD will coast to stop immediately; when the frequency is larger than the set value, the VFD will stop
after the delay time of P01.17.
