The limit test function enables you to define a limit line for each trace and evaluate
measurement data on a pass/fail basis.

Concept

What is a Limit Value?
The Limit Value for the frequency of each point (Stimulus) is determined by using
Equation 10-1. The line connecting the limit values will be displayed on the screen as the
limit line.
