Precautions for Correct Use
• When the Multi-line Random-trigger mode is selected in the following series, usable signal
type or assignment are differ depending on the used number of Lines.
• FH-1000 series
• FH-2000 series
• FH-3000 series
• FH-5000 series
For more details of Operation mode, refer to Multi-line Random-trigger Mode Signal Specifi-
cations on page 2 - 386.
• The terminal status of each line can be got by sending this command to the port number allo-
cated to them. For signals that are common in all lines, the terminal status can be got from
any line used.
When the terminal status for an unusable line or a different line was got, the response code
will be OK and the response data will always be 0.
Check the status of the received data by changing the actual parallel terminal status.

The following sample command returns the state of enabled STEP0 and DSA1:

The response of 1001 (binary) is given as 9 (decimal).
Sets all parallel terminal states at once, except for DO terminals
Sets the ON/OFF state of all Parallel terminals except for DO terminals.

Example)
When you want to set the Parallel DO terminals state of Line 0, to ON at once:
(1) Set the terminals state ON to the desired assignment BIT of the Parallel DO terminal state.
(2) Send the specified command set in the above step 1 to the port number of Line 0.
(3) Executed result of command is responded.
