l File Save Commands
The save destination to use differs by Sensor Controller model.
When you use FH series/FHV series, do not save to the any folder except RAMDisk and storage
device (such as C:\Program Files\FZ). It is possible not to perform correctly due to the decrease of
Scene data storage region.
